Defective/ Damaged Items Return/Exchange:
Please email us to begin the return . Clear photo/video evidence of the issue and the issue description are required .
A refund or an exchange of your purchase will be processed within 48 hours.
For the defective and damaged items, customers don’t need to return the items and provide us the photos as a evidence.
For all other cases, Return Service Procedure:
